Update Jan 24 2008: It seems that Paypal has changed its policy regarding doing business with PTC sites. This means that most established PTC sites will be looking into other payment processors like AlertPay, Moneybookers, or E-gold. Be careful with new PTC sites that advertise that they pay via Paypal because sooner or later Paypal may review and suspend their accounts, too.

However, the new site YayClick has obtained Paypal's approval because it does not sell referrals.
